Hier ist nur ein kleiner Ausschnitt aus meiner Arbeit. Ich bin besonders interessiert am Erstellen von Krabbeldecken, die in Amerika nicht bekannt sind. Die babies werden einfach ohne Unterlage auf den Boden gelegt.  Kleiner Spaß! ;-) Normalerweise deckt man die Babies mit einer kleinen Decke zu.

Manchmal lasse ich meine Decken beim Long-Arm-Quilter steppen, um die Patchwork zu verschönern. Dabei bekommen sie ein ganz neues Gesicht.

Here are a few of my favorite projects. I am especially fascinated with designing and sewing baby blankets known as "Krabbeldecken" here in Germany. There are actually made for the baby to lie and crawl on and give them a little bit more cushioning hence the thicker batting. Once and a while I am fortunate enough to have my quilts long-arm-quilted which gives the patchwork a total new design feeling.
